Who I am and what I can do for you!
- Full time Realtor. Active in the Douglas, Arapahoe, Elbert counties, mainly.
- Lived in Douglas County for 25 years. Raised 3 children here who attended public schools.
- Work as a team with my husband, Bob. He was a mortgage broker for over 25 years, and although he does not do loans anymore, he is a huge asset in helping clients navigate through that process(, plus a million other things!)
- I was an interior designer, who operated my own firm for 20+ years. This has been very helpful in guiding clients to see the potential in homes that might not be “just perfect” as they are.
- We do extensive advertising on the Internet and attract a lot of buyers from out of town. We bring potential buyers to view (and buy) many of our listings. We do regular marketing to 800+ people.
- We are committed to marketing homes with the highest quality image possible on line, and with brochures etc. 90% of people start their search on the Internet. We are very particular about the image of the home. Our homes need to look appealing on line.
- We focus on really LISTENING to what our clients want. We are our clients’ advocates. We represent sellers and buyers of resale and new homes. Regarding new homes, the sales person at the new home park represents the builder’s interest. It costs you nothing to have someone represent YOUR interest and try to negotiate the best deal for you, not the builder.
Because we have an everyday familiarity with properties in our areas, we’re able to help our clients find the right home. We know the areas, the schools, the neighborhoods.
