Women in Business Roswell was built from a simple belief:
When women gather with intention, businesses grow, confidence expands, collaboration increases, doors open, and entire communities change.
Right before our eyes, something powerful is happening.
An economy for women, by women, is taking shape through relationships, referrals, partnerships, shared wisdom, and a genuine desire to see one another succeed.
We bring together entrepreneurs, business owners, leaders, and professionals who are growing businesses, growing professionally, and creating meaningful connections in Roswell and beyond.
At WIBR, we believe in collaboration over competition, community over comparison, and courage over fear. We believe strong relationships build strong businesses, and strong women help build strong communities.
Because this is not just about business. It is about knowing the woman who built it: her story, her vision, her courage, and the work she is doing to create something meaningful.
Whether you are launching something new, growing an established business, leading a team, or looking for a trusted community of women who understand the journey, WIBR is a place to connect, learn, collaborate, and lead.
Opportunities to connect in person, grow online, collaborate with other members, promote your business, and be part of a community that believes strong relationships build strong businesses.

Women in Business LLC (WIBR) is a social enterprise — a mission-driven company committed to reinvesting in the women and community we serve.
Our goal is to build the biggest stage for our female founders, creating more opportunities for women to be seen, heard, celebrated, and supported. We believe we are stronger together, and when women have a platform to share their work, their stories, and their leadership, the entire community grows stronger.
Through connection, collaboration, visibility, and community reinvestment, WIBR is committed to showcasing the women who are building businesses, leading boldly, and creating meaningful impact in Roswell and beyond.
We contribute 10% of all membership fees to local 501(c)(3) nonprofits selected by our members, pay members for their participation in Member Collaboration Events, and operate transparently with community-first values.
Our WIBR board was hand-selected by our founder to help WIBR operate as a true collective, with different member voices, experiences, and perspectives represented throughout the community.
With every dollar spent with WIBR, your investment goes directly back into women, local businesses, and the greater North Georgia community.

An elevated evening of thoughtful conversation, meaningful connection, and the women who make this community so special. ✨ Tickets will be available exclusively to WIBR members beginning Monday, July 13.

See what our members had to say when asked what would make them most proud to be a part of WIBR one year from now:
I would be proud if I could point to two or three women in this community whose businesses look meaningfully different because of something that happened inside WIBR. Not just that I met great people, but that something real shifted as a result. I want to be part of a founding community that did not just grow in numbers but grew in depth -- where women genuinely changed each other's trajectories. That is the kind of community worth building from the ground up.

Alexa Walker, Greater Than Wellness
One year from now, I would be proud to feel more connected and rooted in the Roswell community as a business owner, service provider, healer, and trusted local leader. I would love to have built meaningful relationships with more women in business, gained greater visibility for the work I offer, and contributed to opportunities that support both individual and collective growth. I believe we each have something valuable to share, and I would be proud to be part of a community where women are supporting one another, learning from one another, and shaping a more connected, conscious, and supportive local business community.
